Google OAuth Disclosure
Frälse Wines uses Google access only for authenticated staff who work inside the company CRM.
What the app does
Frälse Wines is the public website and internal team portal of Frälse Wine Imports AB, a Swedish wine importer in Landskrona. The internal portal helps staff manage producer communication, tender follow-up, sales pipeline work, deliveries and financial planning.
Why Google access is requested
Google sign-in lets Frälse Wines staff authenticate with their company Google account. Gmail access is requested only when a staff member explicitly connects Gmail, so the CRM can read, organize and send producer emails from that staff member's own Gmail account.
How Gmail data is used
- To show producer email threads inside the Frälse Wines CRM.
- To help staff reply to producers and keep tender conversations connected to CRM records.
- To sync message status and thread references for the connected staff account.
- To send emails only when the authenticated staff member chooses to send them.
Data protection and Limited Use
Frälse Wines' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Gmail data is not sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising, used to determine creditworthiness or used to train generalized AI models. Access can be revoked by the user at any time through Google account permissions or by contacting Frälse Wines.
