1. Introduction

These terms govern your use of the Frälse Wines website and services. By using the site or our services, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Frälse Wines provides wine import and distribution services focused on the Nordic market, including producer representation, tender submission, logistics coordination and market analysis.

3. Google Access for Staff

Authenticated Frälse Wines staff may use Google sign-in to access the internal CRM. Staff may also choose to connect Gmail so the CRM can read, organize and send producer emails from the connected staff account. Gmail access is optional, consent-based and used only for Frälse Wines business communication.

4. Producer Accounts

Users are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining account security and notifying us of unauthorized use.

5. Tender Submissions

Tender opportunities are set by Systembolaget, Alko and Vinmonopolet, not by us. We prepare and submit offers with reasonable care, but we cannot guarantee acceptance, a listing, or that volumes and deadlines stay unchanged. You are responsible for the accuracy of product data, certificates, samples and pricing you provide.

6. Acceptable Use

• No false, misleading or unlawful information.
• No access to accounts, data or systems you are not authorized to use.
• No interference with the operation or security of the service.
• No scraping, copying or resale of platform content and data.

7. Confidentiality

Pricing, tender documents and other non-public information exchanged between us are confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or by a monopoly as part of a tender process.

8. Commercial Terms

Prices, commissions, payment terms and delivery conditions are agreed separately in writing. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer.

9. Intellectual Property

Website content is the property of Frälse Wines or its suppliers. Producers retain rights to the brand assets they provide and grant us a licence to use them for import, listing and marketing purposes.

10. Third-Party Services

Our services rely on hosting providers, email services, monopoly systems and logistics partners. We are not responsible for outages or decisions controlled by those parties.

11. Suspension and Termination

Producer accounts can be closed on request. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if the business relationship ends. Confidentiality, payment and liability obligations survive termination.

12. Disclaimer and Liability

The website and portal are provided as is. We do not warrant uninterrupted service or that market and tender data are complete or current. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and nothing here limits liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

13. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control, including strikes, transport disruption, customs delays, natural events or war.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, with Malmö District Court as the court of first instance.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are posted on this page, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
