Overview
At Frälse Wines, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you use our website and services.
Who Is Responsible for Your Data
Frälse AB, Mellangatan 1, 212 18 Malmö, Sweden, is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact privacy@fralsewines.com with any question about how your data is handled.
Information We Collect
- Contact information such as name, email and phone number.
- Business information such as winery name, region and website.
- Product information submitted through our platform.
- Communications you send to us, including email correspondence.
- Account and login data for producer and staff accounts.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
How We Use Your Information
We use information to provide and improve our services, process tender submissions, communicate with you, send relevant tender opportunities, keep business records, secure our systems and comply with legal obligations.
Legal Basis for Processing
- Performance of a contract, when we work with you as a producer, supplier or partner.
- Legitimate interest, when we contact producers about relevant tenders and keep business records.
- Consent, when we submit your information to a Nordic alcohol monopoly or send marketing.
- Legal obligation, for accounting, tax and alcohol regulation requirements.
Google Sign-In and Gmail Data
Frälse Wines uses Google sign-in only for authenticated staff accessing the internal CRM. If a staff member explicitly connects Gmail, the app may read, organize and send emails from that staff member's own Gmail account to support producer communication, tender follow-up and CRM records.
Frälse Wines' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Gmail data is not sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising, used to determine creditworthiness or used to train generalized AI models. Access can be revoked at any time through Google account permissions or by contacting us.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with Nordic alcohol monopolies as part of tender submissions, but only with explicit consent.
Service Providers
We rely on a small number of processors, including hosting and database infrastructure, email delivery and mailbox services, and logistics partners when a shipment requires it. They process data only on our instructions and under data processing agreements.
International Transfers
Data is primarily stored within the EU or EEA. Any transfer outside the EEA is covered by an adequacy decision or by Standard Contractual Clauses.
Data Security
We use encryption in transit, per-role access control, private file storage and regular security assessments to protect personal data.
Your Rights
Under GDPR you can access your data, correct it, request deletion, object to or restrict processing, request portability, and withdraw consent at any time.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep the site working, including keeping you signed in, and analytics cookies to understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Data Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. Accounting records are kept for seven years under Swedish law. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized.
Automated Decisions
We use software, including AI assistance, to help our team research producers, summarize documents and prioritize work. These tools support human decisions and are not used for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Complaints
Contact us first if you believe your data is handled incorrectly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
